Ordering from Arbor Vetum is easy and the following guide explains the various options. (We do not yet operate an e-commerce site as we would prefer to speak to you, our customers, before we accept any order and double check your requirements).

1) Make a simple list of the furniture designs, appropriate timber finish and cushion colours which you would like to order and then check our special offers page for any special discounts which we might be offering from time to time.
2) Telephone 0845 606 6818 (national) or +44 (0)1608 650025 (International) or fax 0845 606 6819 (national) or +44 (0)1608 651348 (International) our office with your list of items and personal details, or alternatively e-mail them to sales@arborvetum.co.uk
3) Our sales staff will then confirm the price of your order, including any delivery charges, by calling you back and sending you an order confirmation document.
4) Importantly we do need a 50% deposit when confirming an order. This can be paid by cheque to "Arbor Vetum Ltd" or for your security we also take Visa, MasterCard or Switch. (please do not send credit card details by e-mail)

Customer self-assembly is not a feature of Arbor Vetum furniture and as such each piece is delivered as a fully made product. Delivery is also an additional cost. Arbor Vetum will always try to deliver furniture orders using our own vehicles and delivery personnel. If unable to deliver ourselves we will only use a reputable and trusted 3rd party carrier.

Our Mainland UK delivery charges are detailed below. All other non-mainland UK and International deliveries will require a separate delivery quotation which our sales team will be happy to arrange upon submission of the delivery address for your order.

Customers are also welcome to organise their own delivery/shipping and we will co-ordinate with your freight agent. Arbor Vetum are also happy for customers to collect their orders from our factory.
