Ordering from Arbor Vetum is easy and the following guide explains the various options. (We do not yet operate an e-commerce site as we would prefer to speak to you, our customers, before we accept any order and ensure that we fully understand your requirements and can meet your expectations)

Please note that Trade, Contract or Hotel Project Enquiries are handled by a special trade sales department and all enquiries should be made in the first instance by either e-mailing projects@arborvetum.co.uk or by telephoning 0845 606 6818 (National) or +44(0)1608 650025 (International) and ask to speak to Nick Powell.

We regularly undertake site visits in order to better understand a potential project and plan an appropriate budget and design style. We also prepare scaled floor plans showing our furniture "on site". We effectively offer a turnkey furniture solution.

Customer self-assembly is not a feature of Arbor Vetum furniture and as such each piece is delivered as a fully made product. Delivery is also an additional cost. Arbor Vetum will always try to deliver furniture orders using our own vehicles and delivery personnel. If unable to deliver ourselves we will only use a reputable and trusted 3rd party carrier.

Our Mainland UK delivery charges are detailed below. All other non-mainland UK and International deliveries will require a separate delivery quotation which our sales team will be happy to arrange upon submission of the delivery address for your order.

Customers are also welcome to organise their own delivery/shipping and we will co-ordinate with your freight agent. Arbor Vetum are also happy for customers to collect their orders from our factory.
